PMMI is proud to welcome staff and students from all over the world. Our trainees benefit from truly global dimension to their education. This website is the only the beginning of the information we have for you. We do everything we can do to help you make the right choice of course and to settle in the Nigeria. As well as benefits offered to all our international trainees including high teaching and research, we offer international trainees; As a new full-time Startups, Accelerators and Innovators intends to study in any of our incubator centres , arriving at the commencement of your programs you will be entitled to settling down advisor who will orientate and help you about your accommodation processes through your studies.

A range of new, modern, self-catering, student accommodation is available with en-suite facilities and internet access off our incubator centres to rent or lease for you by the owners. In addition, you will be able to choose from a range of accommodation options ranging from single study bedrooms to self-contained studios flats. Please note, presently we don’t offer on incubator accommodation offer or facilities, we only make possible, easy access and facilitation to the accommodation owners around, the location of our incubators. So that we can provide you with comprehensive brochure of available accommodations including listing, photography and details of the facilities. The period stated in our course durations and incubating periods are defined as being full training years. Trainees who require an extension beyond their final immersion year are required to contact the head housing unit and advisors.

English Language Support.

To get maximum benefit and enjoyment from your chosen programme we encourage all our international trainees to take advantage of our English language support programmes. At PMMI, a standard offer is generally made based upon IELTS 6.5 or equivalent although sometimes this is negotiable on certain programmes and considerations. If you don’t currently meet these requirements or if you would simply like to become more confident in English before you start studding with us. Consider the flexible programmes ,we have to help you reach the level you need. Our programmes include a four weeks pre-sessional English language, which is available to all trainees free of charge and highly recommended . Fees

The fees for our different courses and programs are stipulated under the categories of the course and year you intend to spend with us in our incubation periods. This ranges, from 3 months, 6months and 1 year programs, depending on your choice of course. We would anticipate a slight increase in line with inflation and dollar values for every academic section you intend to join. To help you budget more easily. Often, we do introduce a 5% discount policy for students who pay 100% of fees within four weeks of enrollment. We expect this policy to continue through out of our planned academic calendar in proffy maximedia incubator city. Please check our Money Matters page for your supposed course fees.

Meet and Greet for International Trainees

In order to make your arrival in Nigeria a little easier, we offer a Meet and Greet Service. Regular coaches are sent to Muritala International Airport to meet our prospective trainees during the peak arrival period. A special programme has also been arranged for such international trainees arriving at Proffy Maximedia Incubator City.

Orientation Programme

International trainees coming to PMMI, have the unique opportunity to help themselves adjust to new city, a new way of life and make new friends in Africa, by attending the orientation programme. The programme is free and designed to meet the needs of international students. It will make your transition to student life easy and fun. It takes place at every inception of our programmes and adoptions of new international trainees, just before the commencement of the academic year. PMMI trainees are also welcomed by directors and support staff to make your first few weeks with us as exciting and welcoming as possible. Welfare Support for International Trainee. PMMI has advisors at both centre. They provide independent and confidential advice to international trainee on a range of issues welfare, housing and course-related issues. At the PMMI Centre we have dedicated staff who specializes in international issues such as immigration, visas, nationality, fees and awards and budgeting and employment legislation.

International Trainee Association

As a new international trainee, you will be able to join the International Trainee Association. A committee of trainees represents your views with the incubator and also organizes regular trips and social events. The highlight of the calendar is international Night when trainees put on performances from their home countries. A day trips are organized during term time and longer tours often to other Africa countries are organized during vacation.
