As stated earlier, PMM has five divisions for major business groups aligned along the Media and innovative sector we operate in.

Our business groups are structured to meet the needs of the industry segments hereby increasing specification and allowing for future growth. The MD/CEO is responsible for strategy formulation and execution in line with the group’s plans. Each business group is further organized into one more divisions to serve distinct customers segments and / or product areas.

PMM is run as a lean non –operating company and the innovative minds(research group) include a minimum number of support functions such as investor, relations, finance, risk, strategy and marketing.

Responsibilities of the innovativeminds include;

1. Formulating group strategy

2. Providing group wide oversight

3. Driving synergies across the group

4. Ensuring proper alignment of corporate governance framework through the constitution of governing boards and committees; and

5. Facilitating group financial reporting with the PMM company as the reporting entity.

Innovative mind’s division activities are generally focused on establishing and maintaining distinctive processes that drive effectiveness .Creative management and research. These activities include greater risk management, supervision on all our investment, business to enable optimal capital allocation decisions between PMM and other businesses.

The concentration of the innovative minds, centered and shared services at the PMM groups, to level allows for each business units to focus on their core business. It eliminates duplication of roles and costs by centralizing shared services and facilitating maximum extraction of scale benefits for the entire PMM Company.
