PROFFY MAXIMEDIA VISION 2023: PMM 1000/5 INCUBATORS – Creating One thousand billionaires within five years in Africa.

In 2019, a vision, Creating Billionaires in 21st Century, entitled “PMM 1000/5 INCUBATORS”, was conceived and put in place. The Vision project Is a Five (5) – Years Plan, within which, the Proffy Maximedia Incubator envisages a PMM Incubator, where quality service business are exuded through quality people. Five thousand (5000) people would be trained and nurtured towards Silicon Valley’s Entrepreneurial Culture in adaptation to Africa, to become billionaires in Africa, within 5 years of our business training and incubation engagement.

We will kick start this vision by virtual mentorship through online training and interactions with young adults in Africa, pending the time, we would be able to establish our physical incubator hubs in their states and countries. This will hope, will enable us to reach out to plethora young adults in Africa through social media and our superlative networks to be part of this mind blowing entrepreneurial training and human capital development. At the end of this program, 75% of our trainees would have nurtured to become Entrepreneurs, Afripreneurs, Techpreneurs and Innovators with deep enterprise orientation, in Africa. Over 80 % of our young adults are expected to be computer savvy in PMM incubator, where digital business of the 21st century and transactions will be boosted with effective communication.

All members of staff will have a sense of business belonging, working in an exciting environment, where over 70% of the premium income from both private and public sectors in Africa will be controlled by them and they would be empowered to establish their own businesses. They will have business and presence in every continent of the world. Proffy Maximedia, believe vividly that, the path to the top and wealth is narrow. We have determined to produce 5000 (five thousand) young adults- billionaires in Africa within the space of five (5) years, through our incubation program. Proffy Maximedia incubator, vision 2025 is summed up in a new statement - “ Tackling the grand challenge to unemployment and poverty alleviation in Africa” , among young adults through qualitative evolution of innovation in ICT. Wherever, whenever and in whatever form we desired.
