PROFFY MAXIMEDIA- OUR STRUCTURE AND EVOULTION

Proffy Maximedia is a company of Nigerian origin. The company has distinguished history dating from its establishment in 2008, under the leadership of Sir Adeniyi Akintoye as ICT Company. Prior to the formation of PMMI ( Proffy Maximedia Incubator), the group portfolio of businesses had rapidly developed, especially in the preceding decades before now

In 2008, we conceived the company named proffy maximedia with a vision to grow five divisional units in the heart of our operation. This was schematically represented by five human fingers, deduced from the cliché that you cannot be deceived by the works of your hands.

Our five divisions are; Researching, Designing, Editing, Branding and Advertising divisions. Later, to become a global consulting firm in the world.

Our innovativeminds (Research Group), began operation by researching into how to push the SME, businesses in Nigeria to digital business world. This led to establishment of the Design Department, which focused on providing web solutions and IT supports to SME in Nigeria and Canada, Ontario through conceptualization and designing mechanicals for web and off web imagery.

In a couple of years after, we initiated the Edit Department, for films , animations, cartoon, GUI, Interface on ATM(s), Kiosk(s), electronics bill boards and animatronics by providing a robust communication through illusion of motions on web based solutions, portals and services.

Two years after, we came up with the Brand Unit. This was basically about given unique identity to our designs and concepts. We also operated it as a corporate and personal brand, profiling of organizations, business plans and restructuring. We were also into printing of conceptual marketing materials and off press.

Our research group, called INNOVATIVEMINDS, have group of international business pursuits .We had once taken a leap of faith into commodities business to support the growth and finance of proffymaximedia. This gave us international business experience and involvement in the recent years. We dealt and facilitated oil and gas, gold, ore, bar and bank instruments- BG,DLC, LC, MTN, MT103, 202,110,etc

We have garnered appreciable business experience in this course of research and investment projects. We were authorized by foreign and local oil dealers and bank instrument consultants, to be a mandate to the successful implementation of any of these businesses across the globe. Whenever and wherever there exit genuine products or instruments for transaction or to be issued legitimately.

In 2018, there is need for us to initiate advertising unit, we formed a media department named Proffy Maximedia news. Christened, pmmnews.org as domain name, to provide a strong platform for digital marketing and communication to support the group’s future growth ambitions domestically and internationally. Which is in tandem with the vision and mission of Proffy Maximedia Company.

Our Evolution

In 2019, we formed Proffy Maximedia, e-Magazine, as a monthly publication of Proffy Maximedia advertising services. Our aim is to promote our customers’ brands and connect the consumers with their products and services of wide range of fundamental businesses. Hence our clients will get better responses from customers by advertising with us, having built a dependable six digit followers on Proffy Maximedia news’ media (https:// www.pmmnews.org) and our other social media handles.

We envisage that our company, Proffy Maximedia will evolve and progress in stages that reflect its development and achievement of its objectives.

Already, we have defined our operational model and architecture in line with a lean operational framework, which comprises key functional areas including Finance, Risk, Strategy, Human Capital and Investor relations.
